Following a successful year of growth in 2006, VAR Ramsac has appointed three new members of staff, taking its total head count to 25, with plans to increase this number during 2007.
Nina Morley has been appointed to Ramsac’s account management team; Matt Shepherd joins as a support consultant; and Karl Beales comes in as a network consultant.
Robert May, managing director of Ramsac, said: “2006 has been a great year for us. We have seen turnover increase by 40 per cent since 2005 and our client-retention rate still stands at 96 per cent. The appointments of Nina, Matt and Karl are part of our 2007 strategy to grow in size, client base, geographies and markets.”
Last year also saw Ramsac take on projects in Europe for the first time, something which May wants to continue to push this year.
“We’ll continue with our strategy of recruiting new staff, but finding the right people is hard,” he added.
