US ecommerce software and hardware vendor CyberIQ has launched in the UK and is seeking resellers for its products.
A specialist in the maintenance of ecommerce infrastructures, CyberIQ provides services such as internet traffic and content management. The company also offers solutions to help companies gain an online presence.
The company offers three main products: HyperFlow, a load-balancing device designed to speed web pages without the need for the installation of additional servers; Cyberpilot, an automated web balancing system that monitors and warns site administrators when traffic load increases on a site; and HyperCommerce, an encryption software program used for ecommerce transactions.
CyberIQ will distribute its products in the UK through Logitek and Equinox.
Deborah Marzohl, European marketing director at CyberIQ, claimed that resellers would profit from its software and hardware. "There is a lot of margin in our product because we are not looking to mass-produce. Resellers will need to be advanced website builders or have specialist knowledge of firewall technology."
Pam Goddard, vendor manager at Equinox, said demonstration units were being shipped to resellers. "CyberIQ is not involved in a volume market, but it has put a lot of investment into the UK launch. It will especially suit partners involved with internet service providers," she said.
