Arrow ECS is offering partners over-the-phone technical support for products from HP, IBM, EMC, NetApp and Hitachi Data Systems for the first time.
Under the distribution giant’s newly launched One Call Support Plus programme, resellers and customers can now receive technical assistance for storage, server and networking products from all these vendors.
These services are in addition to those already offered by Arrow ECS through its One Call Support programme on its other product lines, which include Microsoft, VMware and Citrix.
Steve Pearce, managing director for Arrow ECS UK, said: “We are pleased to be able to offer an even greater level of technical support to our customers across all levels of the datacentre.”
