Recovery software vendor Iron Mountain Digital has appointed former Marathon Technologies boss, Duncan Elliott, to oversee its UK and Ireland channel operations.
In his new role, Elliott will be responsible for recruiting new partners, as well as helping the firm's existing ones to generate more business.
Elliott said his aim is to double the size of the company’s reseller base by the end of the year by recruiting a mix of systems integrators, VARs, and ISVs.
He added: “Not only are we committed to looking after our existing partners, but also look forward to welcoming new partners that have a strategic play in our key vertical markets.”
Richard Ellis, UK and Ireland manager of Iron Mountain Digital, said of Elliott: “His experience and understanding of the business landscape will be key to meeting our expansion aims, which are invaluable to wider business success.”
