California-based Meridian Data, a manufacturer of networked CD-ROM products, has moved into the UK with a view to establishing a European distribution network. It has already signed Headway and SST as distributors, and is looking for a third, preferably a large one. President and CEO Gianluca Rattazzi wants a model where Vars are supported directly, similar to existing programmes in North America.
