Digi International has signed definitive agreements to purchase privately held ITK International for $25 million and Central Data for $18 million. The networking vendor said a majority of the purchase price for the acquisitions will be written off in the quarter ending 30 September, and it expects to record a restructuring charge ranging from $1 million to $2 million related to the elimination of duplicate facilities created by the combination.
