E-tailer Misco has launched an online Live Chat service, to support customers when purchasing products.
The service, which will be available during business hours, has been launched across Misco’s entire product range.
The reseller claims customers receive an immediate response to their query, without the need to access a separate email system to gain access to Live Chat as it is done via Misco’s website.
Mike Gammie, service manager at Misco, said: “The objective is to provide a complete range of contact options so that our customers can contact us in whatever way they would prefer – phone, email, fax, live chat or even letter. Live chat, like phone, enables us to provide immediate answers to customer’s queries.
“Although our response rates for e-mail are exceptionally fast, some customers would like an even faster answer and this is what live chat can provide.”
