Leisuresoft's profitable accessory manufacturing operation Tecnoplus has been bought by SDL owner Anglo Corporation for an estimated u3 million.
Tecnoplus is one part of Leisuresoft not put into administration last March.
Leisuresoft founder and chairman Ash Taylor, who was responsible for launching Tecnoplus and spends a lot of his time in the Far East organising production, is negotiating to join the Anglo management team.
