Managed services firm Telindus has won a contract to deploy an IP infrastructure for Premium TV.
Premium TV works with organisations such as the Football League and Orange to provide streaming media services to their end-user customers. Under the deal, Telindus will use Cisco’s Catalyst 6500 Series Switch technology.
Mark Hutchinson, UK managing director of Telindus, said: “Companies are striving to find new ways of delivering information to the consumer. Telindus and Cisco are pioneering the way companies achieve this, and Premium TV is an example of how the broadcasting industry is evolving.”
