French software developer Dorotech is embarking on a reseller recruitment drive after launching itself in the UK for the first time.
The firm is seeking to appoint a small number of specialists to integrate its software management suites into corporates. The Dorostore software suite costs about #220,000, which resellers purchase for #100,000, earning up to a 50 per cent discount.
The Network Software Suite provides index archiving, disaster archiving, backup for on-line databases and hierarchical storage management.
Olivier Moreno European sales manager at Dorotech, said: ?I need a reseller that can sell to large accounts, and I need good support. That?s why I?m looking for experts. If you want to win you must prove you?re good.?
Moreno, who spent five years with French distributor Metrologie, said the company may open up an office in the UK in the future, depending on the success of its product.
Resellers will be provided with marketing, technical and post-sales training.
Dorotech had a turnover of $20 million last year and has 100 employees in France. It already operates with reseller partners in Australia, Germany, Italy and the US.
The company has 1,100 customers worldwide.
