Matrix Communications Group has issued a statement confirming it is in discussions "with a number of competing parties" over a potential sale of its hardware distribution activities.
The statement said "There can be no assurance that these discussions will lead to a transaction".
However the statement adds that the Board anticipates the process "will conclude before the release of the Group's Preliminary Results" for the year to 31 October 2005. These are expected to be published during the week commencing 13 February 2006.
