Acquisitive IT services VAR Technology Services Group (TSG) will unveil a dedicated customer services centre in Manchester tomorrow.
The building will be based in Trafford Park and house a 35-strong customer services department.
Christine Feery, regional customer services director for TSG north west, said the announcement underpinned TSG’s commitment to customer service.
"Having a fully equipped and dedicated customer services centre will add no end of value to the IT support we provide. Our customer service delivery is monitored constantly to ensure it’s maintained to the highest standard," she said.
The new centre will enable TSG to provide greater resources to deliver customer service, shorter call waiting times and more flexibility in dealing with changing customer needs, the VAR has claimed.
TSG said it currently employs over 100 staff across the north west, but has claimed its new services centre will double its footprint across Manchester
Simon Cook, TSG north west managing director, added: "We believe our focus on providing the very best, by investing in the people and resources to deliver a service that customers can rely on, will mean more businesses will choose TSG to deliver and support their IT."
