Distributor Karma doubled its turnover in its last financial year from $170 million to $440 million and predicted sales would rise to $900 million by the end of this year.
The company, which has operations in 15 European countries, distributes products from Toshiba, Quantum, Maxtor and Western Digital. It has extended its range to processors, memory, monitors and tape drives.
Group MD Alvo Mazon said that computer products were becoming like any other commodity item. 'We can rely on our partner managers in each country to make their local market an individual success story,' he said.
