Maverick was awarded sole distribution rights for the Integral product in December 2005, while Gordon AV has been distributing eBeam’s portable system for four years.
Andi Brabin, UK channel manager at Luidia, told CRN: “Just before Christmas we decided that Maverick will sell only our portable eBeam system. The direction that Maverick wants to go favours the portable product, while the direction Gordon AV is going in favours the Integral.”
John-David Papworth, sales and marketing director at Gordon AV, said: “We are seeking new resellers for the product. The Integral has an attractive end-user price point and substantial reseller margins. Coupled with the support and the personal service Gordon AV can offer, we are sure that we can make this a very attractive proposition.”
