The services and third-party maintenance divisions of 4Front have been grouped together under the banner of 4Front Services Limited.
As reported in PC Dealer (15 May) 4Front has undergone a series of internal reorganisations and is preparing itself for a vigorous round of acquisition talks following its imminent launch on Nasdaq.
This reorganisation into a distinct services division is seen by 4Front to be a crucial part of its further development, and essential in extending the company's corporate identity.
Terry Burt, managing director of 4Front Services, said: 'This consolidation an extremely important move for us, and is only the first phase of our growth. This strategy can only strengthen us.'
Several representatives at 4Front have told PC Dealer to be on the lookout for a flurry of acquisition activity within the next couple of months.
The recent consolidation follows 4Front's acquisition last year of two companies - Compass Computer Group and CI Systems.
