Networking distributor Ilion has lost its entire IBM salesforce after the team walked out after disagreeing with a change in management.
According to Lynette Summerfield, sales and marketing manager at Ilion, Dean Harrigan, Lorna Heppell and Kate Nelson-Wareham, all sales executives, left the distributor on 5 March.
According to a source, the appointment of Rob Civil, who replaced Tony Martin as product manager, spurred the walkout after only one day of working under his supervision.
