PC Dealer has announced a programme of events for the UK's top communications show, Networks telecom '99.
As official channel sponsor for this year's show, PC Dealer has put together three days of seminars, speeches and debates covering convergence, networking and the internet, each sponsored by Mitel, Visio and UUNet, respectively.
The event runs from 29 June to 1 July and will feature top speakers focusing not just on the latest trends in the technologies, but on how resellers can take advantage of them. Entrepreneur Bob Jones, managing director of Equiinet, will give a talk on converged systems for the SME market.
In addition to speakers from analyst and research firms Frost & Sullivan, CompuBase, Impact and NOP, there will be case studies and panel discussions.
Paula Barnes, publisher of PC Dealer, said: 'It makes sense that the show has a dedicated channel programme, considering the number of products that are sold via the channel. It's also only right that PC Dealer has been chosen as official sponsor and was responsible for organising the discussion days.'
