Acquisition-hungry reseller Azzurri Communications has acquired mobile consultancy DVH Group. London-based DVH has an annual turnover of £3.5m and employs 31 staff. It provides a mobile voice and data offering to clients including Land Securities and Bovis Homes. The move sees Azzurri complete its 14th acquisition in five years.
Ingram Micro has reported turnover of $6.96bn for its third quarter 2005, a 16 per cent increase over the $6.02bn posted for the same period last year. Europe accounted for 34 per cent of overall revenue. Net income based on generally accepted accounting principles and including several charges was $48.4m, compared with $77.3m in the year-ago quarter.
