Intact Networks, the services arm of VAR Logicalis Group, is developing a range of managed services in partnership with Compuware.
The services, which manage applications at the business, transaction and infrastructure level, will be based on Compuware’s Vantage application management software and Intact’s Managed Service Centre.
Bob Dalton, managing director of Intact Networks, said the company will market the services directly through Logicalis and Compuware, or through its own and Compuware’s channel partners.
“Our channels are totally complementary. The services will appeal to a wide variety of users and act as a good differentiator for channel partners,” he said.
Amina West, vice-president of UK and Ireland at Compuware, said: “The deal will enable a service that manages and monitors both the performance of applications and the end-user experience.”
