Masten Evans, managing director at Livingston, said Flir products will be offered for rental, lease or purchase.
“We are in a position to open up a number of new supply channels for Flir Systems in the UK, giving it access to potential customers in a host of industry sectors,” claimed Evans.
“We can offer these customers the sourcing option that best suits their specific project needs.”
Andy Baker, UK manager at Flir, said Livingston had a lot of experience in infrared application.
“This will enable the company to deliver excellent customer service and support,” Baker said.
The vendor offers infrared thermal imaging cameras that can detect and measure temperature differences from -40°C to 2,000°C.
Such cameras are used in building and facilities applications, industrial processes and predictive maintenance, utilities generation and maintenance, thermal modelling, and datacentre optimisation.
