Amslit, the company formed from the break-up of Amstrad to take legal action on behalf of the consumer electronics group, is to sue Sanderson CFL - the supplier of software to Amstrad's direct selling arm. Amslit chairman Alan Sugar claimed that Amstrad had experienced problems with the systems delivered. The action is understood to be worth up to #10 million.
