Security distributor Softek will use the backdrop of the Thames to showcase its vendors’ latest technology to resellers next week.
Held aboard the HMS President, moored on the Embankment, Softek’s 2010 Channel Partner Update Event will take place next Thursday, 27 May.
The free event will include presentations from vendors including Overtis, Blockmaster, NetClean, Deepnet and PineApp.
Attendees will receive the lowdown on new products, partner programmes, marketing strategies and customer issues. Entertainment includes a speedboat ride down the Thames and an early evening barbeque.
Softek will also be demonstrating the encrypted file transfer technology of new vendor signing Cryptshare.
Mike Bienvenu, technical director at Jersey-based Softek, said: “We look forward to meeting with existing and new partners who are looking to broaden their horizons, increase revenue and profit with Softek's best of breed product portfolio.”
Joe Macri says the vendor saw 20 per cent of its UK growth come from its Cloud Solution Provider programme last year
