InTechnology has bolstered its security portfolio by signing a distribution agreement with managed security appliance vendor Celestix Networks.
The partnership is part of the distributor’s strategy to support the SurfControl channel after it was appointed as SurfControl’s sole UK distributor. Celextix' technology is very closely aligned with SurfControl’s.
Andrew Beaumont, vendor director for security at InTechnology, said: “Our intention is to offer the SurfControl channel a comprehensive range of training and technical support services in the near future. We aim to build on the success of our relationship with SurfControl by giving the firm access to new resellers.”
Tim Ager, sales director EMEA at Celestix, said: “This is a significant partnership for Celestix and gives us access to a network of 650 VARs, plus integrators and consultants.”
