Earlier this month, CRN revealed that the vendor was to cease operations in the UK and US (CRN, 2 October).
But a StorCase representative told CRN: “Industry partners have expressed an interest in continuing the development and support of our Data Express and Rhino Junior product ranges. Currently, a number of options are being discussed and considered, and more information will be provided once any agreements are made.”
James Ward, managing director of former StorCase distribution partner Hammer, said: “This was a strong area for StoreCase’s business. However, it will still need a lot of further investment and marketing behind it.”
