Avnet Technology Solutions and nCircle are set to unveil a new partner programme following an increase in demand for the vendor’s automated security and compliance auditing products in the UK.
The two firms aim to recruit additional business partners for nCircle’s vulnerability, configuration compliance and risk management products. Federico De La Mora, EMEA director of nCircle, said: “nCircle has experienced nine consecutive years of revenue growth.
"In EMEA in the past year we have seen a remarkable 130 per cent increase in revenue. This expansion is a reflection of our commitment to helping global companies secure their IT networks with highly effective solutions.
“Avnet has been integral to our success in EMEA due to its scale and stability. We have utilised its credit capabilities and ability to drive business development across solutions and industry sectors via its extensive partner network.”
Bruce Hockin, head of business strategy at Avnet Technology Solutions, said: “Our aim is to sign six new nCircle business partners by the end of 2011. We have seen the market for nCircle products and solutions develop in the past few years and current growth rates are very impressive.
“This is a great opportunity for business partners to provide their customers with effective solutions to address security challenges while offering advisory and professional services at the same time.
“Building on our experience and support, the plan is to capitalise on the market for network security in the coming months and drive further success for nCircle and our business partners.”
