Professional printing and document apps provider Altodigital Networks has started selling the offerings of direct-mail technology provider Document Despatch.
James Abrahart, owner and chief executive officer at Altodigital, said: "We now offer complete mailing services through maximum postal discounts on UK and overseas mailing, as well as succinct data cleansing and database management."
The strategic Document Despatch partnership is expected to help Altodigital expand its portfolio and outsourcing business.
"Merely providing printing solutions is no longer sufficient and we are seeing a clear demand for database management services, inkjet printing and high-speed envelope and polywrap enclosing," he added.
Abrahart will also take a personal stake in Document Despatch.
Leigh Foster, managing director of Document Despatch, said the deal offered many synergies.
