Xerox has acquired UK print consultancy and software provider NewField IT for an undisclosed sum.
According to the vendor, the move was made with a view to further expanding its managed print services (MPS) portfolio.
In a statement, Xerox also highlighted NewField IT's Asset DB suite, which creates visual maps to show how printers and copiers are being used throughout an office.
This year, the vendor also announced a European partnership with Office Depot in the Netherlands to deliver MPS.
