Reseller Printware will contribute £1 to Cool Earth Action for every printer it sells between today and 31 December.
The VAR said its partnership with the rainforest preservation charity would allow it to help protect thousands of acres of land in the coming months.
Acquired by Danwood Group in 2007, Printware last year hit a turnover of £12m and expects to flog about 5,000 printers over the course of the next six months.
Cameron Mitchell, managing director of Printware, said it was time to give something back.
"As a seller of printers, paper and other associated accessories, we wanted to find a way to reduce the company's carbon footprint and contribute more to charitable causes," he said.
"Whilst tree planting schemes are a great way to offset emissions, we felt that it was far more important to preserve those established rainforests that have been helping the environment for hundreds of years."
