Managed services firm Intact Integrated Services has set up a global solutions team (GST) to support service providers and integrators on large-scale projects.
According to the firm the GST brings together expertise in technology, service design, operations and commercial management to ensure high service levels to Intact’s service provider and integration partners globally.
Over the past year Intact says its revenue has grown by 43 per cent, with regional hubs in the UK, Germany, North America and Singapore servicing its global partner network.
Bob Dalton, Intact Group chief executive, said: “Over the past five years Intact has set new standards in achieving consistent service excellence in complex global project environments.
“Our new GST brings together all that experience in a manner designed to maximise our effectiveness as a delivery partner, and ensure that our customers derive even more value from engaging with Intact.”
