Azzurri Communications has bagged Mitel signaturePartner status and claims to be one of only a handful of UK firms to seal the comms vendor's top-level accreditation.
To bag the certification the West Midlands-based integrator was required to demonstrate top-notch sales and technical proficiency in all Mitel product areas. Azzurri showed its credentials in IP telephony, unified communications, mobility, virtualisation and contact centre.
On top of gaining signaturePartner status, the VAR has been handed the title of Mitel specialistPartner in two vertical markets: government and retail. The market sector-focused badges are part of an invitation-only certification programme run by the Canadian manufacturer.
David Groves, senior product manager at Azzurri, said: "As the UK's leading independent provider of telecoms and network managed services, we hold accreditations with many of the major vendors. We are therefore always pleased to retain and enhance these with our key partners, and this most recent recognition reflects our excellent product delivery and sales capability throughout the business."
