Audiovisual distributor True Colours has appointed a specialist account manager to develop new opportunities across the market.
The new, external position will be filled by Matthew Webster, who has 11 years of experience at various resellers and the running of his own audiovisual company, the now-defunct High Wycombe-based Educationall.
Iain Campbell (pictured), sales director at True Colours, said Webster's new role is essentially one of vertical business development.
"As we continue to accelerate our growth plan into the many vertical markets, we need to continue to invest in our consultative sales approach to meet the demand. Further positions will be announced over the coming months," Campbell added.
Webster joins True Colours from a two-month stint as an account manager for Mitsubishi Electric. Prior to that, he was business development manager at Surrey-based education-focused reseller Digital Message.
