French distributor-integrator Spigraph has signed up to distribute Fujitsu scanners from PFU in the UK.
Spigraph, which has a UK office in Maidenhead, will market the entire range of scanners here, according to a company statement.
"Spigraph has successfully developed and grown channel business for Fujitsu scanners in the French market and now seeks to emulate that success in the UK," it said.
Neil Pearson, UK country manager at Spigraph, said the company has an excellent reputation in Europe and Africa.
"We want to replicate the success the company has seen elsewhere since entering the market in 1997. The business has now evolved to an extent where it is offering real added value to customers while working closely with vendors and reseller partners," he said.
Mike Nelson, general manager of sales and marketing in EMEA for PFU Imaging Solutions, said the company worked well with resellers.
"Close ties to the reseller community are going to help us strengthen and expand our business in this important region. Our partnership will open new opportunities and grow the market," Nelson said.
