Samsung is gearing up to unveil the much awaited sucessor to its Galaxy S3 smartphone - aptly named the Galaxy S4.
The vendor sent out invitations (pictured) to the 'Samsung Unpacked 2013 Episode One' event. The event will take place at Radio City Music Hall in New York on March 14, with invitees asked to 'come and meet the next Galaxy'.
Rumours are also rife that the vendor will reveal the latest iteration of its Galaxy tablet at another event soon after.
The South Korean vendor has held the number one spot in the smartphone rankings for the past year and its Galaxy range recently outsold the iPhone for the fourth quarter running.
Samsung's tablet is also breathing hard on the heels of Apple's iPad, seeing a 263 per cent increase during Q4 2012.
Samsung and Apple have been locked in a fierce patent battle, now covering 10 different countries, with both sides trying to get each other's products banned from sale in various territories.
