Stone has appointed a new finance director to fill the gap left by Simon Harbridge when he stepped up into the chief executive role last year.
Sotos Constantinides joins the company from Mereway Group – a fitted commercial furniture and management software specialist – where he was managing director.
Harbridge, who took over from founder James Bird in December, said: "It is with great pleasure that we welcome Sotos to Stone Group. Sotos has a breadth of experience and knowledge and will be a key member of the board.
"Sotos will be integral in driving forward our strategic objectives and will provide strong leadership for the finance and MIS teams."
Constantinides added: "I am delighted to join Stone Group at such an important and exciting time in the group's development.
"A key element for me will be to support our sustainable market growth by concentrating on the continued profitable development of the company's traditional hardware business, while helping to drive forward the Stone Professional Services offering, taking advantage of the opportunities from changes in the marketplace."
