Westcoast has polished up its office supplies ordering process following a partnership with specialist vendor ECI Software Solutions.
The Theale-based distributor's systems are now fully integrated with ECI for its Vision, Progress and Horizon applications, which covers orders, order acknowledgements, invoices and product catalogues via the ECI Atomic system.
Alex Tatham, sales and marketing director at Westcoast, said: "Currently our supplies product portolio has been uploaded and is ready for use, but we hope to introduce our other product portfolios in the future, making this partnership a real value-add for our resellers.
"Dealers will be able to build an order during the day based on Westcoast's range of EOS SKUs in stock which will be visible to all ECI users."
“Any Office Dealer who would like to discuss further levels of integration allowing for improved service and pricing should speak to their Westcoast account manager," Tatham added.
