VAR CSI Group has acquired part of the SAP business from rival reseller K3.
The acquisition, for an undisclosed sum and with immediate effect, is for the SAP Business Objects customer maintenance division.
CSI boasts vendor partners such as SAP, IBM, Infor, VMware and HP, while K3 is one of Sage’s biggest partners.
Alan Watkins, executive chairman of the CSI Group, said: “As an SAP Gold Partner, we have considerable experience in this sector and look forward to welcoming the new clients from K3.
“We are positive that we can add real value to their business in the area of analytics and from within other solution areas delivered by the CSI Group.”
