VComm has added another name to its vendor stable in the form of call recording software specialist OrecX.
Under the terms of the agreement, VComm's reseller base will have access to its portfolio of software, and the deal also includes a full suite of white-labelled professional services. In addition, VComm will offer technical design consultancy, field engineering and technical support.
Steve Harris, managing director of VComm, said: "OrecX has a game-changing solution for call recording and addresses all the mandatory compliance requirements at a price point that is different to the long-established and dominant players today without compromising quality and functionality.
"There is a clear requirement in the market for this type of solution based on feedback of our service provider and reseller customers, and we are confident it will be extremely well received."
