Audiovisual vendor Cabletime wants integrators, consultants and end customers to come and learn how to set up its MediaStar Evolution LAN-casters, encoders and content management apps at its offices in Berkshire.
Mike Cuckow, EMEA and Asia-Pacific sales director at Cabletime (pictured), said more SIs had been asking for training, including refresher courses and upgrade support.
"Many of our integration partners provide system maintenance and support services to their customers," he said.
The training courses will run each month from 1 November in Newbury for up to five delegates per session, either from the same company or a pre-agreed mixed group.
One-on-one or bespoke training at Cabletime or offsite is also being offered on request, and sales staff as well as technical staff can be catered for.
Products covered include DVB LAN-casters, HD/SD encoders, digital media decoders and Media Manager digital content management and scheduling software.
Students will learn what the system can do, what the IP network infrastructure requirements are and how to configure and customise the system, which is primarily aimed at live TV, corporate comms, multi-casts, music TV, training and digital signage applications at mid-size to large enterprises.
