Network security vendor Cyberoam has appointed Siracom as its third UK distributor in a bid to expand its coverage of the education market.
Siracom, a wireless specialist distributor, joins e92plus and VCW in Cyberoam's distribution line up.
Ricky Knights, UK channel manager at Cyberoam, claimed the partnership would benefit both parties.
"Siracom are a leading distributor to the education market and this relationship will allow Cyberoam to expand further in a vertical which is already our fastest growing market in the UK," he said.
"Cyberoam's experience in the SMB space will also be a key driver for Siracom to grow their reach into other non-education opportunities, so I see it as a perfect match for both companies."
Rob Leggett, business development director at Siracom, added: "We have addressed Wi-Fi connectivity for the tablet age, so the performance and security problems have moved to the internet connection.
"The Cyberoam solution enables us to cost effectively manage, scale and secure this relatively scarce resource."
