CRN is pleased to announced that the third annual Sales and Marketing Awards are now open for entry.
Set to take place at The Brewery in London on 3 July, the awards - known affectionately as the SMAs - are shaping up to be the best yet after a successful second year in 2013.
With 18 categories to choose from, there is something for every level of the channel from vendors, to distributors and of course VARs.
We have introduced two new categories this year - the first in the distributor category is Manager of the Year - to reflect the stirling job that managers of different divisions do on a daily basis - this can be a sales manager, or a team manager - it really is open to all.
Also in the vendor category, we have introduced Website of the year, for those vendors that are particularly proud of their partner portals, and the provisions they make on their sites for their VAR base.
Alan Loader, publisher of CRN, said: "Year two of our awards last year were a huge success and we are hoping for more of the same in 2014. In fact we are hoping more channel firms than ever before will enter.
"We have left the categories pretty much the same, with two new additions, so there really is something for everyone to enter.
"The channel often does not shout enough about its successes, and these awards are a chance to reward the invididuals and teams that do a fantastic job day in and day out."
