Ingram Micro is teaming up with training programme deliverer N-vest to educate its resellers and customers on audiovisual technology.
The distribution firm's ProAV division focuses on audiovisual and digital signage opportunities for the broader channel – not just audiovisual specialists.
As reported on ChannelWeb, Ingram's ProAV head Raj Pandya believes there is untapped opportunity in the audiovisual market for IT resellers to mine if they have the right capabilities.
According to N-vest, it will be the only training partner for the ProAV division.
"N-vest will provide reseller and customer training services for all ProAV brands, with particular focus on digital signage and interactive touch," it said in a statement.
Training services will include on-site bespoke sessions, webinars, videos, and drop-in training days.
