NTT Com Security has filled its vacant UK sales director post and enlisted another senior figure to head its "offensive security" activities.
The security integrator, formerly known as Integralis, has been without a UK sales director since earlier in the year when Ian Rigby left.
That vacancy has now been filled by Joss Ings-Chambers (pictured), who was previously UK managing director at management consultancy Software Improvement Group and before that commercial director at security VAR Okta8.
Also joining NTT Com Security, in the position of "OffSec" director in professional services for northern Europe, is Andrea Raven. The former CSC executive will be responsible for delivery assessment services in the UK and Nordics.
Ings-Chambers will report to senior vice president of northern Europe, Neal Lillywhite, who said NTT Com Security is aiming to double its sales department by the end of 2014.
"Rather than recruiting someone from within the security hardware world to further strengthen our sales team, we wanted to bring Joss in due to his fresh sales perspective," Lillywhite explained.
"His experience in consulting and managed services businesses in a mix of services has shown us he has an impressive sales track record and strong leadership skills."
Raven (pictured, right) will report to professional services director Tom Salkield, who said: "The appointment of Andrea is a strategic hire for our northern Europe business as we see a huge business opportunity in offensive security and assessment-related services."
