Misco has signed up N-vest to teach customers how to use products in its audiovisual portfolio.
Gary Withington, executive vice president of Misco UK and Ireland, said the deal allows the e-tailer to fill out its services wrap.
"The partnership strengthens our position as a single-source VAR," he said. "We can provide our customers with access to customised training."
Pip Thomas, managing director of N-vest, claimed that "many channel suppliers" only pay lip service to the idea of training their customers.
Misco, therefore, stood to gain an edge over others in the market, Thomas (pictured) suggested.
It would train end users on the use of whiteboards, displays, videoconferencing and digital signage products.
