CRN is soon set to take the wraps off a brand new 2015 Security Vendor Report, but which vendors are truly respected by their channel partners?
The report follows the success of the 2013 and 2014 Vendor Reports, but in a new direction for CRN Intelligence, focuses solely on specific technology areas, security being the first one of several planned reports this year.
It has been produced in partnership with The 2112 Group, and will provide the most accurate assessment and ranking of security vendors within the UK channel.
With more than 143 million new viruses, worms and Trojans bursting onto the scene last year – security is at the forefront of customers’ minds as their business operations and assets are under threat like never before. So it is vital that resellers and their vendor partners are working in complete harmony to ensure those customers are protected.
This report will offer ranking across five technology categories: endpoint security, appliances, SIEM, email security, web filtering and content security.
As with all CRN Intelligence reports, this one has allowed for free text feedback, and the 200+ UK resellers that took part have not held back. Painful reading for some maybe, but nowhere else will you see such open and honest feedback, and be able to improve your channel programmes and partner interactions as a result.
And for those that may say they wouldn’t feature – we have 32 top security vendors covered in this report: Intel Security (McAfee), Symantec, Cisco, Trend Micro, Kaspersky, Sophos, Webroot, Corero, Fortinet, Dell SonicWall, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper Networks, AVG, Panda, Solar Winds, Arbor Networks, Check Point, LogRhythm, HP, IBM, Clearswift, Blue Coat, Trustwave, AlienVault, Websense, Splunk, NetIQ, Mimecast, Barracuda Networks, Proofpoint, Zscaler and WatchGuard.
So if you want to find out about the ROI on your security partnership and how you are really seen by your trusted channel base, the best way to start is to grab a copy of this report.
