Excalibur has boosted its managed services capabilities by acquiring fellow South West provider Devision for an undisclosed sum.
The addition of Chippenham-based Devision builds on Excalibur's previous purchases of Bridge Solutions and Emnico Enterprises.
Excalibur said its latest deal would bolster its South West stronghold 10 months after it moved its HQ to Swindon.
"Devision have a very good reputation for providing managed services to small and medium-sized enterprises. The acquisition brings us new customers in some exciting new sectors, together with highly skilled members of the Devision team," said Excalibur CEO James Phipps.
For its year ending 2014, Excalibur claims turnover rose from £7.03m to £7.67m, with pre-tax profits falling from £911,000 to £649,000.
