G3 Comms has been awarded Diamond accreditation from Avaya as part of the vendor's new Avaya Edge channel programme.
The VAR is also the only Diamond partner in the UK to be awarded a Partner in Customer Excellence accolade as well. This is a title given to partners who receive the highest scores in customer satisfaction surveys.
The unified communications vendor's new programme was launched on 1 November and has three tiers. Diamond is the highest tier, followed by Sapphire and then Emerald.
G3 Comms is a long-standing partner of Avaya and claims it was the first partner to sell may of the vendor's solutions, including the first UK managed platform.

We found it easier to complete the necessary qualifications in this programme and we are now rewarded with sales in recurring services and software."
