Misco's Italian, Spanish and Swedish websites have been down for more than 24 hours due to a "technical issue", CEO Alan Cantwell has told CRN sister publication Channelnomics Europe.
Cantwell confirmed on Wednesday afternoon that the sites went down on Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning, and that personnel from its Hungarian services centre in Budapest are working on resolving the issue.
He was unable to provide an estimate as to when the issue will be resolved or when the websites will be up and running.
"It is a tech problem on the website that happened last night, and the tech team in Hungary are working on it," he said. "I got an email that the websites are down and they are working on it, and that was [Wednesday] morning."
When trying to access the website, users are given a message roughly translated as: "Web temporarily out of service due to technical problems. For any questions, contact the Misco Customer Service phone: 912-682-255 sorry for the inconvenience."
Misco's Dutch website is still up and running, but its Webshop service has been closed since 12 December 2017, with Misco directing users to its Lifecycle service instead.
Misco's UK arm went out of business in October, but its European subsidiaries continued to trade.
