Franco-Belgian reseller Econocom has announced that it will be the official supplier of the biennial Ryder Cup golf tournament this year.
The IT services firm stated that it will supply laptops and printing equipment to tournament staff in charge of collating and disseminating data on and off the course at the event in Paris this September.

Econocom generates €3bn (£2.6bn) in revenue and boasts over 10,000 staff across 12 European countries. It had an above par 2017, snapping up seven companies across the UK, Germany and France.
It will also be the Presenting Sponsor for the Cup's live on-course radio service, which keeps the 275,000 spectators up-to-date with what's happening on the green.
