Career so far Chequered! Saturday job in a shoe shop, part time barmaid – both of which may account for some of my current habits – then I discovered the IT industry.
Do you care about green IT? Yes! Because the implementation of virtualisation which is very green means that everyone is buying lots more Kingston memory!
If you could be in a rock/pop band, which one would it be and who would you be? The Nolans! I would be the youngest and the slimmest sister!
What is the best corporate jolly you have ever been on/taken partners on? The annual Kingston customer trip to our global HQ in southern California has to be the best, but of course it isn’t just a jolly it is a very serious business trip…
Has 2009 been as bad as everyone said it would be? It has been tough but the strong will come out stronger and we are already seeing the green shoots of recovery.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? I was confident that the memory market would turn around by the end of 2009 and I am very pleased that I was right.
What do you see as the channel’s biggest challenge in 2010? Continuing to keep costs down and to measure RoI – which means finding someone else to fund those three-hour customer business lunches!
What is the best part of your day? Heading off for those three-hour customer business lunches – once I have found someone with funds!
Congratulations to all those who made the shortlist - your entries now go through to the second stage of judging in October
