Career so far I’ve been in the IT channel for 12 years working up the ranks at Ingram Micro and Interface Solutions. I’ve been sales director at VIP for the past three months.
Do you care about green IT? I do. For a number of years IT vendors have been leaders in developing greener products. Energy efficient products are a must in today’s society, and it’s costing me a fortune to fill up my 4.4l motor.
If you could be in a rock/pop band, which one would it be and who would you be? Girls Aloud for the stimulating… conversation!
What is the best corporate jolly you have ever been on/taken partners on? Skiing on the Snowy Mountains in Australia. I didn’t even know Australia had mountains! And the vision of lots of Aussies in awe at the sight of snow will remain with me forever.
Has 2009 been as bad as everyone said it would be? Only for MPs and Geordies.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? Nope. I still don’t have my villa in the south of France with my yacht docked in Monaco! Those six numbers will come in soon!
What do you see as the channel’s biggest challenge in 2010? Maintaining good margins and the 2010 CRN Golf Day!
What is the best part of your day? The first 86,400 seconds.
